The best human in the biz. . Have been working with TD for years in both leasing my apartment and selling it.
Him and his team have been nothing but fair, supportive, trustworthy and so easy to work with.

The inspection went well, and Tony welcomed us and had an answer to all our questions.
Once we made our offer, he kept us updated on every step of the process.

This agency is wonderful. Clear communication and always comes back to us so quickly. Impeccable attention to detail and it feels like they truly care about our property and ensuring it’s cared for and well kept. Really thorough strata follow up and follow through which we appreciate. They keep us up to date with the market trend and keep us very well informed of rental increases/decreases and how they can best support us as owners in terms of income. They also care about the tenants and ensuring they receive quality service. We have specifically dealt with Tony & Amanda who are true experts and professionals in their industry. Very transparent honest and open. Their direct approach works very well for us and overall we feel this agency is reliable and consistent in their management. Tony is very professional and easy to work with. He always kept us up to date with sale progress. It was an easy process as he helped arrange everything: repainting the property, getting handyman to fix few little things, organising style furnitures for photoshoot.
The sold price is less than we expected but it was due to market condition.

Amazing experience. I have gone through D&H to rent my property out, and the agent Mylisa has responded very well/quickly. Also, her team, Belinda, has been very helpful with admins; the whole team was amazing. The team treated my property as their own, and will 100% recommend Mylisa & D&H.

I had been a tenant through the Day & Hodgson Real Estate Team for close to 3 years. And i was impressed!
I have been renting in Sydney for almost 15 years with the more common agencies, the R&W's and Ray Whites where i received a mediocre service as a tenant, BUT, the Day & Hodgson team, specifically Mylisa (Senior Property Manager) is an exceptional manager to work with. Mylisa was always quick to reply to any communications, and if there were any maintenance issues in the property, there was zero hesitation to escalate the matter to a trades person for a quick turn around.
Also Belinda in the office was very responsive to any financial questions i had over the years.
To the directors of D&H, This team is worth their weight in gold.
If I ever have the chance to have an investment property, Day & Hodgson are at the top of my list as property agents.
